The Neck is the upper end of the vertebral column and is the connection between the head and the body. The primary purpose of the neck is to firstly support the head and secondly to move the head around so that we can see and hear more effectively. Subsequently the neck has to be both strong and mobile in equal measure.

Any increase or decrease can lead to imbalances and subsequent injury.
