Stretching & Exercise

Stretching:  This technique is used to relax, release and lengthen muscles that are causing pressure on joints or parts of the body resulting in pain. The effect is to improve range of movement and greater elasticity in the appropriate muscle involved.

Exercises:  At the end of treatment an exercise regime will be tailored for each and every patient that will highlight specific areas of the patients body that need either strengthening, stretching or making more mobile. There is a chronology for these exercises that requires careful monitoring.
